Truly exceptional hotel. Excellent location close to Lincoln Road area. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Great poolside restaurant for breakfast. Good service and awesome value.

all employees were very kind including valet services.

even location was good, expensive for its facilities. when valet parking was busy, I had to wait 50 min to get my car.

The beach was close. Easy accessible to a lyft driver. Carabbas is right next door .

I requested and paid for ocean view, basically there was huge building blocking my view . Elevator to 12 Th floor took forever. Staff was not helpful at all . Tried to get breakfast one day , stood in line for 15 minutes no one came to me to give me a seat. The night I checked in the guy working the front office was no help . Too busy checking out the girls at the hotel that were about to go out to ocean drive. I feel like this hotel had potential to be a great stay but just lacked in a lot of areas. Walls are thin. Can hear what's people are doing next door . Stingy with towels .

The hotel is comfortable, modern, and luxurious. It is located really close to the beautiful beach and a tower. the location is good and amazing, especially for accessing the Lincoln Mall area. the pool is great. There is outstanding food in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

Honestly no complaints. Wonderful accommodation with attentive staff upon request for anything. Enjoyable breakfast for water or drinks, good drinks. Incredible and stunning room with balcony and the note from Haley, as example. Stunning and decent location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Miami Beach Boardwalk.

We stayed in the ocean tower. Our room & view was gorgeous! I love this hotel. Excellent customer service! Housekeeping was fantastic! The 2 pools where great. They have an adult pool & family pool so that worked out. Hot tub was great. The beds where so comfy. We loved the iPod dock for listening to our music!

No complaints but you do have to uber up to the strip (south beach) $5 uber ride. But uber & lyft workers are always around. So that's not a big deal.

We loved the cool old, style building and the room was a good size, well, decorated, and had a nice view. the location was awesome, and the chill, out area was extra comfy. 😊.

The location of the hotel was great. The room service was great and good food.

The staff wasn't very helpful and house cleaning didn't do a good job at all. I had to pay them out of my on pocket in order for them to vacuum my room. That's just half of my experience. I'll never book there again.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. The view was nice.

The business center was not functional. Three printers amd none of them worked. I was pleased to find they had a notary available as I had a real estate deal I needed to close. Unfortunately, he only stamped and didn't signed two of the documents and charged me $10 per signature. I realized this AFTER I overnighted it. There was a line at the front desk no matter what time of day. Breakfast was way over priced and wasn't well stocked with dishes, the waffle machine was out of batter for a long time. Infinity pool was beautiful but over crowded the whole week. The tiki bar and hot tub smelled like a dumpster because they kept their trash on the other side of the fence. We had to change rooms because it smelled so dank and musty.

Sensational and amazing breakfast to start the day, amazing food, updated room, as well as caring and especially helpful staff upon request for anything - it's a great place with fantastic service.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast. The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to the boardwalk to the beach, both restaurants and the beach side...

The room has a nice style and you can enjoy views of palm trees 🌴. It's just that the trash bins are also visible.

This place has great on-site private parking and offers fantastic service with brand-new amenities, including outstanding breakfast options and complimentary drinks and snacks.

I liked the hotel by the beach

The front staff could have been more helpful And there was no ice machine in my tower. I requested some and it was not brought to my room. I than walked to main lobby to get it myself.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh strawberries, a complimentary option, water or drinks, you will not be disappointed. The venue's position was beachfront. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.
